He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Nystuen and Marie Nystuen (Wangen). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Svare; his children, David (Marion), Christopher and Andrea; and his grandsons, Ryan and Takoda Nystuen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
