He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Linda Card, Mary Card, Susan Nott and Earl "Ike" Card, III (DeDe); his grandchildren, Jeremy Card (Lynn), Anthony Nott, Aaron Nott (Britney) and Tanya Birch (Mark); his great grandchildren, Scotty Meihls, Jayea Meihls, Markie Williamson, Brynn Card, Jessie Nott, Carlie Nott and Parker Birch; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Ruse, Janet Zimbo and Barbara Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
