He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Lowell" Mullins and Barbara Mullins; and his brothers, Jim Mullins (Bern), Sam Mullins (Dorothy), Jack Mullins and Rodney Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mullins; and his siblings, Clyde Mullins (Jeri), Fred Mullins (Chris), Bob Mullins (Nancy), Kathy Martin (late Steve), Ernie Mullins (Linda), Jean Bartus (late Francis) and Connie Tekieli (late Tom). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
In honor of Bill's compassionate spirit, donations can be made to Boys Town, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Dutton Farm, a special education school in Rochester Hills, MI.
