It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Cologie of Sterling Heights, Michigan, who passed away on June 25, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Victor leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Victor may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Ann Cologie (Porath); his parents, John S Cologie and Elizabeth Cologie (Kovaly); his siblings, Robert Cologie (Louise) and Dorothy Barker (Bill); and his stepdaughter Ann Marie Edwards.
He is survived by : his children, Michael Cologie and Melissa Lundgren (Mike); and his grandchildren, Emma Lundgren, Brigit Edwards and Evelyn Johnston (Dylan).
The family is having a private gathering and ask that if you wish to pay your respects, please donate to his favorite charity the St. Jude's Children's Hospital in his name.
