He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Foley and Mary Griffin Foley; and his grandson Ethan McComas. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Batten (John), Cathy Vera-Burgos (Rick), Tim Foley (Toni) and Rick Foley (Carolyn); his stepson Arthur Safarov; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Rebecca, Christopher, Daniel, Brian Vera-Burgos, Jennifer, Tim, Brendan Foley, Graham Berman (Molly), Elizabeth Crystal (Duncan) and Finn; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Tillie and Lainey; and his sister Mary White (Foley). He is also survived by four nieces.
