She was predeceased by: her parents, Esho Toma and Laya Matti Toma; and her spouse Toma Kano. She is survived by: her children, Samir Kano, Amir Kano, Amira Kano, Aida Kano and Ayad Kano. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren.
A requiem service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Martyrs Chaldean Catholic Church (43700 Merrill Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48314). A committal service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery (621 W Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48098). A vigil service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Luncheon & Prayer Vigil St Joseph Chaldean Catholic Church (2442 E Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI 48083).
