He is survived by: the fathers of children, Justin and Jason; his grandchildren, Jason, Jr., Angelaca Wakefield (Justin) and Tony; his great grandchildren, Aubree, Alaia and Amaia; his siblings, Jim, Linda, Marilyn and Cristina; his daughter-in-law Amy Rivera; and his close friend Salvatore D'Angelo.
