He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat and Betty; his grandchild TJ; and his siblings, Debbie (Jim), Dwight (Belinda) and Dave (late Georgia).

He is survived by: his children, Tracie (Jeff), Tim and Tammy; his grandchildren, Shelbie (Eli), Jacob, Alivia, Alizabith, Aleysha and Jade; and his great grandchildren, Willow and Mason.
