Sjajna Bogojevic Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sjajna Bogojevic of Sterling Heights, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Sjajna farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Sjajna is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her sibling Ljubica Djurovski (late Blagoje); and her parents, Trifun Bogojevic and Mara Bogojevic. She is survived by: her siblings, Bozin Bogoevski (late Zvezda), Kostadinka Mladenovic (Drago), Jordanka Reljic (Nikola) and Kalina Krstevski (Vojko). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wujek - Calcaterra & Sons (36900 Schoenherr Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312). A prayer will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Lazarus Serbian Orthodox Cathedral (4575 E. Outer Dr, Detroit, MI 48234).
