It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shibib Tomas Shadhaya (Sterling Heights, Michigan), who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomas Shadaia and Khokhi Shadaia; and his siblings, Gorjia Zora (Yousif), Habib Shathaya (Dura), Najiba Hawyer (Sliwa), Habiba Garmo (Badri), Durra Kallabat (Isam), Amira Razouki (late Fouad), Aamir Shadaia (Janan), Rajaa Shadaia and Duraid Shadaia (Linda).
He is survived by: his wife Samira Naeem Shadhaya; and his children, Ban Jaddou (Julian), Vian Youkhanna (Issam), Susan Marrogy (Tommy), Thomas Shadhaya (Rita), Veronica Korkis (late Sarab) and Alvin Shadhaya (Chanel). He is also survived by 3 great- grandchildren.
