He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McCoy and Doris McCoy; his brother Donald; and his grandson Christopher. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Foster; his children, Cynthia (Ronald), JoAnn (Tony), Michael (Diane) and Daniel (Susan); and his sister Janice Holmes. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
