She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Guzowski and Blanche Guzowski; her husband Paul; her great-grandparents, Ariana, Juliet, Abigail, Zoila, Helena (Jeremiah), Penelope, Mila and Izabella; and her sisters, Rose Paruch (Arthur) and Dolores Duda (Stanley).
She is survived by: her children, Paul II and Marilyn Sikula (Carl); and her grandchildren, Nana, Joshua Sikula (Lucia), Tiffany Cichowski (Joseph) and Nicholas Sikula (Dorothy).
