He is survived by: his brother Robert Bartkowski (Jan); his cousin Brenda; his daughters, Beth Sanislow (Tim), Lynn Simlar (Mark) and Anne Cook (Wayne); his grandchildren, Owen, Reed Simlar, Celia, Maggie Sanislow, Jack and Katharine Cook; and also, Jean Cerne and Ivanhoe.
