He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton and Lena; his stepparent Berlene; and his sister Linda (Don). He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon (Laurie), Lonnie and Cynthia; his siblings-in-law, Lynn, Robert and Donna; and his nieces and nephews, Terry Wayne, Maxwell and Lily.
