Howard; his children, Lisa Kowalski (Joe), Larry Howard (Starla) and Katie Noah (Ken); his grandchildren, Jordan Howard (Carly), Alex Howard, Jason Kowalski (Nicole), Aaron Kowalski and Ben Noah; his great grandchild Frankie Mae Howard; and his siblings, Carole Kane (late John), Jerry Howard and Diane Mercieca (Victor).
