She was predeceased by: her daughter Pamela Vermeulen (William); her brothers, John "Jack" Dombrowski (Rose) and Bill Dombrowski (late Cindee); and her parents, John Dombrowski and Helen Dombrowski.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Schirrick and Jodie Cinco (Shawn); her grandchildren, Kryslyn, Kaela, Emma and Audrey; her great grandchild Edie; and her siblings, Lorraine Bednarowski (late Ben), Sal Saroli (Bob) and Jerry Dombrowski (Virginia).
Donations may be made in memory of Patricia to the American Diabetes Association or Huntington Disease Society of America.
