He was predeceased by: his parents, Lazo and Veca Marinkovski; and his siblings, Boza and Marinko. He is survived by: his wife Vukica Serafimovska; his children, Mimi Stamevski (Kris) and Miroslav "Miki" Marinkovski; his grandchildren, Djuro, Maja and Maksim; and his siblings, Krsto and Jelica.
The lying in state was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Nativity of the Virgin Mary Macedonian Orthodox Church (43123 Ryan Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48314). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wujek-Calcaterra & Sons (54880 Van Dyke, Shelby Township, MI 48316).
