He was predeceased by: his parents, P. M. Itty Panicker and Mariamma Panicker; and his spouse Annamma. He is survived by: his children, Isaac Panicker and Jaya Varghese (Abraham); his grandson Jonathan Varghese; his siblings, Koshy Panicker, Mariamma Thimotheose and John Panicker; and his caregivers, Amber, Jessica, Cheyenne and Sequoia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mandziuk & Son Funeral Directors, Inc. - Sterling Heights (3801 18 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48314). A prayer was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Orthodox Church of India (2850 Parent Ave, Warren, MI 48092).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to the church directly, in Mathew's name.
