She is survived by: her children, John C. Rutledge, Christine Rutledge-Dudek (Thomas) and Ellen Duggan (Thomas); her grandchildren, Samantha, Jessica (Jonathan Garshott), Nicole (Skye Grifka), Erin (Bram Schroeder), T. J. Duggan and Sarah Rutledge; her great grandchildren, Scarlett and Savannah Grifka; and her brother David Schoenherr.
