We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2024, at the age of 91, Marilyn Joyce Godin of Sterling Heights, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Robert Clingan and George Godin; her son Paul Ansell; and her sister Dorie Galli. She is survived by: her children, Bob Ansell (Christine), Laura Gillikin (late Jeff) and Jim Ansell; her stepdaughter Cathy Jurkowski (Mel); her grandchildren, Julie White (Dave), Pam Ansell (Bobby Hawkins), Lisa Ross (Ken), Kevin Ansell (Christine) and James Ansell; her great grandchildren, Logan, Lillia, Landon, Mia, Ava, Harper, Macy, Alex and Reese; and her brother-in-law Ron Galli.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Kieran Catholic Church (53600 Mound Rd, Warren, MI 48092).
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations in Marilyn honor be made to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen or to Mass intentions.
