We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2025, at the age of 95, Marianne Harris (Sterling Heights, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald E. Harris; and her brother Lawrence DeNio. She is survived by: her children, Ronanne McGill (John), Rebecca Glatfelter (Troy), Julianne Holland (Chris) and Ronald Harris Jr. (Ann); her grandchildren, Iain McGill (Melissa), Katherine McGill (Tammy), Miranda Holly, Brandon Glatfelter, Benjamin Holland (Jacqueline), Kirsten Dunphy (Richie), Natalie Harris and Trevor Harris; her great grandchildren, Sadie, Iona, Harris, Hugh and Parker; and her brother Walter DeNio Jr. (Jan).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sullivan and Son Funeral Directors-Utica (8459 Hall Rd, Utica, MI 48317). The lying in state was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Utica United Methodist Church (8650 Canal Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48314). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Christian Memorial Gardens West (521 E Hamlin Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48307).
Memorials can be made in Marianne's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
