It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorenza Caradonna of Sterling Heights, Michigan, who passed away on November 14, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Damiano Campo and Maria Campo; and her siblings, Jack, Gaspare and Vincenza Campo.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Caradonna; her children, Bridget Reaume (Doug), Virginia Graham (Kevin), Vince (Sandy) and Dominic (Marie); her grandchildren, Jim Caradonna (Angela), Emily Elkins (Eric), Nicholas Caradonna (Lauren), Conor Reaume (Morgan), Cara Reaume, Alex Caradonna (Whitney), Christian Graham and Salvatore Caradonna; and her great grandchildren, Maria, Vincent Caradonna, River and Wyatt Elkins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mandziuk & Son Funeral Directors, Inc. - Sterling Heights (3801 18 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48314). A rosary was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Jane Frances DeChantal Catholic Church (38750 Ryan Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Karmanos Cancer Center in honor of Lorenza's health journey or to Father Solanas Casey Center in honor of Lorenza's strong faith and giving nature.
