He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Soltesz and Irene Soltesz; and his siblings, Valerie and Paul. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Soltesz; his daughters, Sharon Soltesz and Dianna Soltesz (Jeff Jemings); and his brother David Soltesz.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mandziuk & Son Funeral Directors, Inc. - Sterling Heights (3801 18 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48314). The lying in state was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Jane Frances DeChantal Catholic Church (38750 Ryan Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
