He is survived by: his spouse Margaret; his children, Leo Kujawa (Robin), Kelly Conigliaro (Sal) and Michael Kujawa; his grandchildren, Courtney Kujawa (Jon Hofmann), Alyssa Kujawa, Anthony Conigliaro, Adrienne Conigliaro, Colton Kujawa, Christian Kujawa and Lexy Kujawa; and his sibling Marie Walsh.
