She was predeceased by: her brother Keith Bernacki. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Brooklyn, Johnny and Max; her parents, Edward Bernacki and Karen Bernacki; her brother Kurt Bernacki (Elizabeth); her sister-in-law Kathryne Bernacki Lampman (Collin); her mother-in-law Norma Wauchek; her godmother Claire Bernacki; and also, Judy Graham, Cheryl, Marielle, Jessica and Melissa. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
