He was predeceased by: his mother Christine Montgomery. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his children, Raquel Bucholtz (David), Jesse Sweeney (Stephanie) and Kirkie Sweeney; his grandchildren, Ava-Grace and Olivia; his father Kirk Sweeney; his brother Jeff Bushar; his in-laws, Ronni Korte, Carri Bucholtz, Michael Blanton and Stephanie Marn; and also DJ. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
