We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2024, at the age of 84, Joyce M. Diegel of Sterling Heights, Michigan, born in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian James Westergaard and Regina Irene Balicki; and her siblings, James Westergaard, Beverly Campbell, Charles Westergaard, Gerald Westergaard and George Westergaard.
She is survived by: her husband William Edward Diegel; her children, Duane Diegel, Brent Diegel (Cathy), Renee Dutkiewicz (Mike) and Denise Koppel (Jeff); her grandchildren, Andrea Tank (Jared), Danielle Braman (Jon), Alisha Dutkiewicz, David Diegel, Stephanie Saravia, Marisa Koppel, Madelyn Diegel and Steven Koppel; her great grandchildren, Liam, Brianna, Julia, Natalie and Gabriella; and her siblings, Paul Westergaard (Vicki) and Lorayne Proefke (Dave). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
