She is survived by: her children, Deborah Lafata (Joel), Anthony, Kristen Carlson (Jeff) and Greg (Tracy); her grandchildren, Sarah Bauer (William), Matthew Purifoy, Steven Lafata, Daniel Purifoy, David Purifoy, Gregg Carlson, Michael Purifoy, Stephanie, Danielle and Rachel; her sister Josephine Badrak; and her pets, Buddy, Charlie, Sawyer, Mya and Rascal. She is also survived by her family, many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude or to Heart to Heart Hospice Group in Joann's memory would be greatly appreciated.
