He is survived by: his wife Julia Lisowski; his daughters, Sarah Moshier and Ashley Grubb; his grandchildren, Tatum, Elsanna, Addyson, Beckham and Leighton; and his parents, Linda Eubanks (Bill) and Kirk White.
