He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Mary and Harold Earnest. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Dlouhy (Dan), Marilyn Vorce (Tim), Nancy Edwards and Thomas Edwards (Wendy); and his niece Claire Edwards. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews.
