He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurora Fattore (Tabacco) and Ferdinando Fattore; and his brother Tito Fattore (late Filomena). He is survived by: his wife Josephine; his children, Giulio F. Fattore (Shannon), Michael Fattore (Enza) and Lisa Skelly (John); his grandchildren, Isabella, David, Nicolas, Andrew, John IV, Giulio and Sistine; and his sister Adriana Duronio (Giulio).
