He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Sally Dean (Jon), Robert Horak (Dawn) and Kevin Horak (Kristen); his grandchildren, Alex, Noah, Kyle, Brendan, Hailey, Avery and Brody; and his siblings, Barbara Hebda and Larry Horak.
