We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2024, at the age of 85, Gary Lee Engel of Sterling Heights, Michigan, born in Flat Rock, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Minnie and Niesen; his wife Carmelina (Viviano); his children, Michael Engel (Kristy), Elizabeth Pagano (Joseph) and Christina Hann (Aaron); his grandchildren, Jacob Engel, Suzie Engel, Joe Engel, Christopher Pagano, Melina Pagano, Emma Hann, Maggie Hann and Dominic Hann; and his siblings, Ron Engel (late Marlene), Darla Koenig (Dave), Gil Engel (late Adele), Diana Engel, Tom Engel (Pat) and Milt Engel.

Donations in Gary's honor are welcome to Leader Dogs for the Blind.
