He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Fred Higgins (Becky), Michelle Brown (Steven) and Melanie Horvath (Scott); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Nick Higgins, Ashlyn, Lillian Brown and Wyatt Horvath; and his parents, Alfred Higgins and Margaret Higgins.
