She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Gerald; her children, Michael Phy, Lisa Evola (Paul) and Laura Phy-Daly; her stepdaughters, Melissa Glasmacher (Thomas) and Jill Potter (Jeff); her grandchildren, Holly Ousley (Ricky), Melissa Saindon (Kyle), Michael Phy, Trisha Green (Chris), Jamie Phy, Adam Evola (Alyssa), Ryan Evola, Margaret Daly and Katherine Daly; her great grandchildren, Carter, Harper, Wyatt, Skylar, Emerson, Oakley and Myles; and her sister Donna Maul. She was also cherished by five step grandchildren.
