She is survived by: her children, Nancy Jay, Donna Schofield and Michael Schofield (AnnMarie); her grandchildren, Rachel Johnson (Matthew), Jeffrey Jay, Ava Schofield and Nicholas Schofield; and her great grandchild Elle Johnson.
