Elizabeth Pewitt Obituary

With solemn reverence, we commemorate Elizabeth Pewitt of Sterling Heights, Michigan, whose life came to an end on September 22, 2024 at the age of 78, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton "Gene" Pewitt and Julia Pewitt; and her sisters, Denise Bryan and Mary Blewett. She is survived by: her son Michael Rivers (Julie); her grandsons, Eric and Dominic; her sister Connie Kostrick; and her niece Lynn Cunningham (Joe). She is also survived by her cherished Goddaughter.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Resurrection Funeral Home (40800 Hayes Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

The family request that during their time of grief as they lay Betty to rest, in lieu of flowers, gifts be directed to her son, Michael Rivers.
