She was predeceased by: her father Jack; and the father of her children Donald R. Atkins Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Donald Atkins Jr. (Melissa) and Amanda Cash (David); her grandchildren, Kayla, Kayden and Arabella; and her siblings, Diana Glick (Michael) and Donald Wells (Cathy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
