We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2025, at the age of 85, Darline M. Levitt of Sterling Heights, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Thomas Levitt; her daughter Dianna; and her sister Sherry. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Ann Sawyer (late John Sawyer) and Denise Richards (Greg); her son-in-law Dominic Spezia; her children, Donna Levitt and John Levitt; her brothers, Tim Carl (late Sharon Carl) and Dave Carl (Lynne); and her brother-in-law Mark VanGorder Darline. She is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mandziuk & Son Funeral Directors, Inc. - Sterling Heights (3801 18 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48314). The lying in state was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (18201 Clinton River Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038).
