It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel J. Jarackas Sr. of Sterling Heights, Michigan, who passed away on May 11, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johanna Jarackas and Joe Jarackas; and his siblings, Dale and Joseph Jarackas. He is survived by: his wife Sandi (Olzark); his children, Carolyn, Daniel (Araceli) and Joseph (Angela); his stepchildren, Kelli Horton, Kimberly Javis (Shannon) and Stacey Sipes (Tyler); his grandchildren, David (Melissa), Jennifer, Larry, Steven, Kaytlyn (Chris), Madelyn, Nicholas, Jacob, Paul, Robert, Mackenzi, Layla and Gabriel; his great grandchildren, Lana, Logan, Mason, Hayden and Elliott; and his sister Lenore Genereaux.
