He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Hicks and Wayne Dale Warner; and his sibling Jerry Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Murdoch Thomas; his children, Melody Black, Caitlyn Billiet and Curtis D. Thomas Jr. (Warner); his grandchildren, Steven Draper, Kristen Black, Lucas Billiet, Owen Billiet and Dorothy J. Warner; and his siblings, Timothy Thomas, Denise Hughes, Lynette Thomas, Steven Thomas and Elmer Thomas.
