She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Janet Sulkowski (late Dennis) and Ronald Hoffman; her nieces and nephews, Denise Burton (Brodie), Kevin Sulkowski, Dawn Sulkowski (Mike Owczarzak), Beverly O'Brien (John), Richard Hoffman, Theresa Turner (Robert), Christine Hoffman and Cindy Hoffman; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Hanna Burton, Mallorie Carmona, Paige Sterritt and Madden Owczarzak.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are appreciated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
