She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick DeSantis and Margaret DeSantis; her siblings, Rosemary Abbott and George DeSantis; and her granddaughter Halley Howey.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Zomerfeld, Mark Howey, John Howey, Matthew Howey and Luke Howey; her grandchildren, Ashley Thompson, Jeremy Howey, Amber Rossow, Antonette Howey, Jessica Howey, Les Howey, Diana Sims, Julianna Shelnut, Joshua Howey, Zackary Howey and Samantha Howey; her great grandchildren, Joe Rossow, Michael Rossow, Abby Rossow, Kaylee Thompson, Casmier Thompson, Ava Howey, Hudson Rossow, Barrett Rossow, Liam Howey, Eleanor Rossow and Lincoln Rossow; her siblings, Chuck DeSantis and Jeanette Jazwiecki; and her husband Leslie Trelfa. She is also survived by her 2 siblings, 5 children, 12 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's memory to any of the following charities: Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude Children's Hospital OR Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
