She is survived by: her son Karl J. Liwo (Elizabeth McNamara) of Melrose, MA; her husband John D. "Jack" Liwo; her grandson Lt. Brian P; her brother Robert Knurek (Rozanna) of St. Clair Shores, MI.; her niece Janet Haworth (Roger) of Clinton Township, MI; her nephew Sean Knurek (Jessica) of Swartz Creek, MI.; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholas Haworth, Joshua Haworth, Kayleigh Haworth and Victor Knurek.
The lying in state will be held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the St. Rene Goupil Catholic Church (35955 Ryan Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and at 11:00 AM.
