She was predeceased by: her godson Jeremy Mulders; her husband Douglas Urbaniak; her parents, Peter Socha and Gertrude Socha; and her in-laws, Floyd, Dorothy Urbaniak, John, Patti Babiarz, Kathleen Socha, Donald Eager I, Alan and Kathleen Urbaniak.
She is survived by: her children, Alison Miller (John) and Andrea Durfey (Dave); her grandchildren, Samantha Ruffner (Andrew), Lindsay Miller and Grace Durfey; her siblings, Carol Eager and Peter Socha II; her sister-in-law Karen Mulders (Paul); and her godchild Donnie Eager.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pime Mission or the Capuchin Retreat House/Soup Kitchen.
