He was predeceased by: his brothers, Peter Prestininzi (late Emily) and James Prestininzi (late Patricia); and his parents, Dominick and Jennie. He is survived by: his spouse Jenni Prestininzi; his children, Anthony Mark Prestininzi, Michele Schoel (Steve) and Pam Fry (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jenna Prestininzi, Marisa Coscarelly (Curtis), Will Schoel, Vanessa Fry and Brett Fry; his sister Betty McCann (late John); and his brother-in-law Gary DeSimone (Becky). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wujek - Calcaterra & Sons (36900 Schoenherr Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Catholic Church (40501 Hayes Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48313). A Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Michael's Catholic Church (40501 Hayes Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48313).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen or to the family for a future scholarship fund set up in Tony's honor.
