He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Sr. and Beverly. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his mother-in-law Jo-Ann; his sister-in-law Donna; and his friend Jim Trybus. He is also survived by 3 sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews.
