She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughter Nichole Souva (Jacob); her grandson Brady Adam; her brother Timothy Gadzinski (Karen); her nieces, Rachel Lewis (Cameron) and Laura Gadzinski; her nephew Steven Gadzinski; her great-nieces, Emma and Lillian; and her pets, Nola and Olive.
