She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin Machalk and Patricia Machalk (Photenhauer); and her sisters-in-law, Yvonne Johnson and Bonnie Beno (Roy). She is survived by: her significant other Patrick Johnson; her daughter Michelle Johnson (Tony Nelson); her grandchildren, Braxton McDonald and Madilyn Nelson; her stepfather Roger Miller; her siblings, Merlin Machalk (Fran) and Sandy Machalk; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Johnson, Walt Johnson (Judy), Ann Kuntze and Mary McGuire (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
