With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred W. Okins of Stephenson, Michigan, born in Olivia, Minnesota, who passed away on December 25, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Okins and Daisy Okins; his former wife Gabrielann Okins; and his siblings, George, Betty, Pauline and Gerald.
He is survived by: his wife Gabe; his children, Kimberly Taylor (Mike) of Texas, Randy Okins of Texas, Rondi Hancock (David) of Arizona, Lori Elkins of Indiana, Cindy Hughes (Tim) of Kentucky, Joseph Okins (Kayla) of Menominee and Michael Okins of Stephenson, Michigan.; and his sister Trude Ferguson (Dave) of Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Fred's name, any expressions may be directed to Joe Okins.
